Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact
Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain items such as medical supplies and uniforms may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or worn products
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items purchased under clearance or special discounts (unless defective)
- Customized or made-to-order products
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order ID, product details, and clear images of the issue
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions
Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
Replacement Policy
- If your product is damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
- Replacement will be subject to product availability
Shipping Charges
- Free return shipping for damaged or incorrect products
- For other eligible returns, shipping costs may be borne by the customer
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
